At StrivingHands Pty Ltd, our passion is to enable people with a disability to live a more independent and meaningful life. Our vision is to deliver quality services that not only support the needs of the people with a disability but also enable them to grow and become more independent and confident.
We deliver a variety of services that fall under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and cater to the diverse needs of the participants. The services we provide include assistance with daily living in a shared or group environment, personal care, transport services, household assistance, and participation in community, social, and civic activities. We also provide support coordination services, help with life transitions, skill development, innovative community participation, and assistance with access and maintenance of employment and education, including special supported employment services.
